This was good stuff. I like how well you articulated your points and opinions. It was an enjoyable watch. I don't agree with the Odumodu verse criticism though. Art is meant to be a representation of our current times and reality. Odumodu's verse nicely captured toxicity in love. Toxic love is unfortunately part of our current reality and this song tried to capture different facets of romantic love in our current times and I think it did that well. People just struggled to accept the song because Olufunmi is a classic that was way ahead of its time. I don't think anyone would be able to do a different version that would resonate with us as much as the original did.
