Just think what replaced him in todays music...kendrick Lamar 😅😅😅 kids dont hv a clue of what they missed or missing. Its a crime...how the industry went cheap & fake. So happy I saw all of them got their albums..saw all the funkateeres & bands, Mike & the Jacksons..jamed on stage with Jazz/rock/funk Stanley Clark! I was in the special seating area ie dance floor with tables & seating...he came out the crowd got hyped..he said hi & want someone to come up & introduce the first song! Every on the floor ran up I was in front w/a firend who was a IU standout & won a ring & was recruted to nba but that summer got in car accident & was paralyzed from waste down & he was a big fan & they knew each other as his top fan...since he cudnt come on stage (was one of two escorts for him..) & so Stanley chose me! I rock the opening statement & everyone was in their feat..He played the song "I want to play you" those were my words..1st I said "everybody say yeaaaa! Yea! Yea! They were hyped then after the 3time they looked at me like ok enough😅😅..then I said stantley I want you to play for fir me stanley😅😅..he started & its was insane..then they escorted me..off..so they cud tear the song up...I allmost didn't make it! My nephew was Landon's roady & called me in Bloomington In..(I was in college @ IU) & had a hr to get to Indy! I got dressed & got their just in time 45mins! To be the second escort..My star moment! 1985!.

Why does this person that they called Prince look like an 80 lb little girl Oh yeah that's right I remember now

Give him any song and he’ll make it his own. No one improvises like Prince. His creativity and ingenuity is out of this world, no one can touch him. Everyone wants to play with him, he elevates everyone to another level. Total master class.

I always liked Prince, but never realized or understood how talented and what an amazing guitar player and song writer he really was. He was an incredible musician.

We the world miss you Prince. Back in the day, we all knew he was from another world and way ahead of his time! A true Genius, that ya just couldn’t put your finger on it( way before internet) but YA we all Rock & Roll guitar players fully groves on his stuff, he had Hotties & wicked guitar, kind of strange But 1,000% original & No Rules of the game & on the edge! but his guitar playing was under appreciated, buy all the rest lyrics & ??Flash & dancing club stuff, Definitely had the Funk& never forget how it would be Fun - pump ya up! …ooh so sad, on many levels. He may have been in shadow of MJ, but to be honest, Sad but true, some/ many did not feel a thing sad when M Jackson was Gone) But Prince ! We all were blown away and knew we experienced someone the world may never see again of equal. R.I.P. our beloved Friend, your spirit in music has & will inspire untold souls.
