I made this using a cream cheese icing, and pecans. I made it for my Christmas Eve gathering. Over half of the cake was gone by midnight. It was delicious...

You’ll be fine. You just won’t be able to fit as much filling in the regular shell. If you have leftover filling, you can freeze it for a later time. I used to make sweet potato tartlets where I would cut 3 to 4 inch circles of piecrust put them in muffin tins and put sweet potato filling in them and bake them off. Cute mini sweet potato pies.

@CookingWithCarolyn ooooo that sounds so good. Let me tell you, I messed up so bad and was so upset. I set an alarm for the pies because it was 2am....MY PHONE DIED and I woke up at 6am!!! They were beyond burnt lol. This recipe is so good though, one of the best....despite me burning it this time lol

I never came back to thank you lol 2017 i took your video and made my first pot of greens. I brought them to my honeys grandparents house who i was meeting for the first time. His grandpa wanted to try em before we even prayed over dinner😂. The room got so quiet i almost pissed my pants😂😂😂. Then it happened. He goes, "MMMHMM SHE CAN STAY!" 😂😂 Miss them dearly. They passed a few months later one month apart. She went first, he wouldnt live without her and he passed in his sleep.
