Solitude is the only doom metal I listened to (I'm more into traditional heavy metal, power metal & a little thrash & bands I listened are like Metallica, I.Maiden, Helloween, Diamond Head, J.Priest). Been following this band in all albums since I found their cover of Hallowed Be Thy Name and for their 1st own material I listened is Haunting The Obscure that makes me fell in ❤ with this band. I don't know why but I really love their sound although they are not known much in my country. I thought they would never reunited again, but some months ago I read somewhere that the reunion is coming, and just today I found this video! 👏🏻 This is great. Although I dont know what Edgar was doing all these years after leaving the band (the only YT video I saw after he leaves SA is when he jammed alone with guitar at home years ago with short hair & looks thinner). Lyle chose to went into another direction after SA, which is quite interesting but I didnt really follow much. My favorite tracks of SA are Seeds, Pawns, Haunting, Pain, City of Armageddon.✌🏻💪🏻

I grew up with the Bass Player Steve Reynolds and was close friends and am blown away Demolition Hammer is still touring. They are living their dream regardless that they never hit it big but life is not about money but doing what you love. Die with no regrets. Rock on my friends🙏

What do you mean they didn't hit it big? Demolition Hammer is a legendary thrash metal band known all over the world. They're not as big as Kiss or Mötley Crüe but those bands can fuck off. Cheers from Sweden! \m/

@@director2bob Oh for sure! They've reached cult status among thrash metal heads all over the world. Whenever I go to a metal festival there are gonna be Demolition Hammer fans around. Steve seems like an awesome guy btw, very nice and humble. I'm super happy they got the band back together. Check my channel by the way, I uploaded one of their demo tracks like 16 years ago. Been a Hammer head for a long time now.

I was fortunate enough to see the show last night. Biff and Doug were kind enough to let me get a few pictures with them after the show. I have seen Saxon 4-5x and they never disappoint.
