Shorn I ment to say the last house we saw you in the kitchen cabinets were trash EXTREMELY POOR QUALITY, the sliding doors were poorly made there’s no side and it’s too close to the neighbors, you can touch each other. The paint in the door jams were horrible, the outside shouldn’t see the inside the glass should be tinted. The house looks like it’s in a flood zone, there’s no back yard. You don’t need an upstairs house you need a single story home something that’s has different wings. One for the family one wing for you and your husband and one for the kind. You need a living dining and sitting separate a guest bathroom. An inside laundry and 2 kitchen one outside and one inside

This house is NOT ideal. Firstly, it is not safe for your toddler. I am a momma of 3 and I see too many fall risks in this home. Secondly the houses are tightly packed next to one another, no land or privacy space . It’s a large house, but poorly constructed, same goes for the neighbourhood. There was very poor planning put into it. House 2 in your previous video is more suitable.

Where will the children play? It is not child proof, no garden

Beautiful house but it is extremely close to the pink house next door. You will have no privacy especially in the primary bedroom. The neighbor in the pink house can easily climb from their house onto your bedroom balcony.

Shorn, good house in the wrong neighborhood. There is no yard for the kids, neighbors are too close; looking right into their houses and vise versa. Too near to the wall and needs a lot of renovation. The view is awful, please do not get that. The house with the pool is great if you can afford it. You will just need to enclose the pool from the kids. Please make the right choice . ❤
