i find it ironic that you guys are talking of service to self & service to others...while the guy on the left of the screen is wearing a coke T-Shirt & drinking a can of coke...Really? Looks like self promotion & ego to me? The journey-To gain the self insight & the self awareness to stand up within yourself-to be yourself with yourself & with those who have the ability to do the same-To live & love life- the way that God (The Divine) intends for us all. Solution=To experience yourself being selfless to yourself & others-to get yourself out of your own way so the next moment-The next right thing for you & for you for others can reveal itself to you. Selfless=To be of service to self & to others. Talking the talk of what you know to be true is useless-that is ego. Walking your talk=action=to experience yourself in the moment=Actioning your next right thing for you to do=If the self insight for you is to get up of your butt & take the Garbage out, regardless of how you feel or to leave the woman you love as it is the next knowing right thing to do by you for her, Regardless of your feelings?...It is the Action...not the Talk that is selfless & to be of service to self & to others!=just shut up & do it! To gain control & discipline of your emotions to=get yourself out of your own way=Solution=Two Monks-One Monk is walking down a mountain track, the other is flying up the mountain track on a horse, the Monk walking down the mountain track as to leap out of the way as to not get trampled by the horse-He gets up & dusts himself off & calls out to the other Monk riding the horse"Hey! Where the hell are you going!" The Monk riding the horse-Yells back"I don`t know, ask the horse!" Moral of the story=The horse represents our emotions our fears our hurts our issues-Until you get yourself out of your own way & come to realise( Be still within=To gain the self insight & self awareness to stand up within yourself-To let the next moment=the next right thing for you to do=which is Always to be of service to self & others) you will Never come to know or to experience, that all you have to do is to grab the reins to control the horse-by being selfless to self & to others=To be of service to yourself & others. Your horse!...Your emotions!...Will continue to rule you & YOUR horse!...Will continue to drive you off a Cliff. There is no Service-to-Self vs Service-to-Others!...That is ego & self delusion!...There is ONLY EVER!...To be of service to Self & to be of service to others! To put it Simply!...The Solution ALWAYS IS! To do what you know is the next right thing for you to do!...Regardless & despite of how YOU FEEL!...Whether it is to get up off your lazy butt & take the garbage out or to leave the woman you love as it is what is best for her & YOUR!...Next right thing to do! So stop Talking & just shutup & do it!

Unfortunately, I don’t have templates. I measure and draw out everything depending on the size. It’s relatively easy to figure out if you have a compass and protractors.
