Red Book is a +30 spirit buff from the Love is in the Air Valentine's quest www.wowhead.com/wotlk/item=49943/lovely-silvermoon-city-card#reward-from-q It's a daily and you can do the quest every day, even outside of the event, if you can get someone to share the quest with you every time. The 29m buff is just +250 flat hp called Lunar Fortune www.wowhead.com/cata/spell=26522/lunar-fortune, from the Lunar Festival you use a Lucky Rocket Cluster while outside (like on Saurfang's platform).

It'll probably be easier as affliction. The spec I used is in the description, it's just the standard 32/3/6 pve raid build for aff, but works just fine for this. There's also some tips in the description too. GL and hopefully Blizzard fix the orbs soon.

I tried as aff and ended up completing it as demo, I have no explanation for this...everything points to aff being easier haha

@@Kyte2261 You can definitely do it as any lock spec, I think the only requirement would be to have Felhunter out for the dispel. So playing what you're comfortable as can sometimes be best.

The reason I don't immediately cast pyroblast when I have a hot streak is because I'm looking at my 2pT10 buff timer (12% haste buff for 5s after consuming a hot streak). If I already have the 2p buff active and I know that my next cast will benefit from that 12% haste AND I know I won't lose/overwrite my current hot streak after that cast (I check my current heating up/hot streak status and when my living bomb will explode), then there isn't really a reason to use the hot streak immediately. The main reason you want to do this is so you have higher uptime on the 12% haste buff, because imagine if you stop critting and you didn't hold the hot streak, now you have no 12% haste buff, but if you held it then you would have the buff for a little bit longer/for an extra cast or two. You kinda need to practice it though, as you can accidentally lose/overwrite a hot streak and that'll be a bigger dps loss than just sending it every time. There is also some times where you probably should just send the hot streak if say your trinkets are about to run out and then you just hope that you keep critting and don't get punished.

Ideally you pop your cooldowns while your trinkets are active, but you can't wait too long as bare minimum you want to get full duration of your cooldowns with 4pT10 buff. For combustion you have to pay attention to when your living bomb is exploding too, so that it doesn't waste a combustion stack. Also need to pop cooldowns early enough so that you can get another use later if the fight length allows. For your in combat potion you ideally use it when the boss is <35% hp because of your Molten Fury talent (+12% damage) and when your trinket procs, then you'd use gloves and get PI if you have it, but once again you can't use them too late as you want full duration. In this kill I popped cooldowns when my trinkets procced. I had a combustion leftover from Gunship, which means I get two combustions in the opener. I knew that my living bomb wouldn't explode during my 2nd combustion, so I used it right after my first one ended. I also knew I'd get full duration of berserking and gloves during my 4pT10 buff too. My in combat potion and 2nd gloves was used when my trinket procced a second time and boss was <35% hp. In hindsight I should've used the chipped power core on pull, as it's 30s of +25 sp, which you'd want full value of with 4pT10.

It's the addon Method Raid Tools (aka MRT). There's an option in it that allows you to click the cooldown and it will whisper the person "Use Innervate". The person you whisper should also use a weakaura that triggers when they get whispered, like this one: wago.io/-mWISh6lz

It's 30% buff to damage, healing and health.

when you use sulfuron slammer you get a debuff on you that deals periodic damage every 3s and this periodic damage can proc phylactery (trinket). you really want phylactery to proc on boss pulls, as you have bloodlust and 4pt10 active, so using slammers just gives more chances for phylactery to proc. only downside is it makes your character drunk, so you can't walk straight for a couple minutes.

@@Lookatthosechimkens If you're max range from the boss or you're running into a boss and you're in front of people (like running into Rotface's room here at 24:32), then you can precast 2 fireballs before the first one even hits the boss and the boss will only agro once your fireball hits. It's definitely worth casting 2 fireballs if you can get two casts off beforehand. Just make sure you prepot before starting your first fireball cast, as finishing the cast still puts you in combat, even though it hasn't hit the boss yet. Ofc if you can't precast on the boss then don't bother opening with fireballs (like on Saurfang).

@@Lookatthosechimkens also another thing that I'm going to start doing is pre-flamestriking bosses, like Saurfang/Sindra. The flamestrike ticks will damage the boss and can also proc phylactery.
