I don’t hear a lot about where the Gen X population tends to live in DC, especially those like myself that are looking to relocate to DC. Can you make a video about it?

Maybe dumb question but what about after the loan, with someone trying to steal title etc and taking second mortgages and heloc? Is it still called homeowners title insurance?

Does it rain often in October?
@CoffeeWithColeman
@CoffeeWithColeman 3 ай бұрын
October in DC is kind of a mixed bag when it comes to rain. On average, you’ll get around 3 to 4 inches of rain throughout the month, usually in the form of scattered showers instead of full-on downpours. The weather can be a bit unpredictable, though-some years are rainier than others. Temps are cooling down, so it feels more like fall. If you’ve got outdoor plans, it’s smart to be ready for a little rain, but it’s not typically a super rainy month.

Sorry but out of the 10 you listed only about 2 are good reasons. Like when I lived there why would anything that happened 200 years ago really matter today? There is so much corruption going on from politicians, Cops, realtors, bankers, universities and on n on n on.

You can experience the history here. I went to a bar in a hotel this weekend where Abraham Lincoln frequented. There are other restaurants like this. The bar is in a hotel where legend says the term "lobbying" originates. You can go to the National Mall where MLK Jr. gave his famous speech. You can visit Frederick Douglass's estate. It's basically the same concept as visiting palaces, famous homes, historic squares, or ancient ruins in other countries. You'd have to have an appreciation for U.S. history to understand.

January and February are the coolest months not December. December still runs more on the mild side and it’s more fall like. Really only have two months of winter

Ozone purifiers put toxic chemicals in the air, that are more dangerous than the actual nicotine. Do your research.

So, the ozone machines are dangerous to humans and animals. Ozone affects the lungs and mucus membranes. If you use one, don't be in the house (take out all pets). Don't use it longer than 2 hours, and air your house out with every door and window open for at least 2 hours (4 hours would be better). Definitely not recommended to use an ozone machine, I don't even recommend thinking about an ozone machine. Do a ton of research (I have) and be warry of potential health problems for your family and pets....also if you are a smoker (like me) and you want to sell your house, sell it to a smoker. Don't let a non-smoker lower your asking price just because he doesn't like the smoke smell. # movement to keep non smokers outside.

Any information about who did this renovation would be greatly appreciated! Each bathroom was gorgeous and I love the black cabinets in the kitchen so much more than the sterile all white approach. This house checks all the boxes! I bet it sold in the first week!
