Really good and transparent discussion guys. The survivor bias and genetic outliers in the negative sense is not often something that people talk about. I could regonize what nick trigili was saying when talked about the outliers that do everything 100% and consistently but they just dont respond well, or like most people. They might look like a good natty on 2-3g of gear and 5-10iu GH for years. This is a topic you guys should discuss more. Thanks for sharing you experiences and knowledge, its fun to hear about your pasts' and what you guys did to get to where you got with bodybuiliding, what you would do different and what you did right. Good chat guys.

Most bb's are dying due to being over weight. The heart has to work over time when a person is over weight whether it's fat or muscle. The autopsies show hearts enlarged due to the over work.

bro these are literally the avengers and they have been assembled. Also those of u whining about time stamps he made it apparent before that this content is for people that actually want to watch the entire thing and not just pick when they want to see. Its to show and benefit you and to make sure ur watching it. And It knocks out who truely wants the most knowledge from these.
@utubebrowseupload16 сағат бұрын
its easier to share certain points of the video with others when there are timestamps though.
@aldz411016 сағат бұрын
@@utubebrowseupload I get it. I understand but thts his channel and he wants most of his viewers I assume pretty serious and/or help them get serious so this is a good way to show who truely wants to learn or not. And I like that tbh just dont be lazy and watch and make the time.
