Nice video of 494. There’re just three things missing: snow, bizarre sights, and St Paul.

I actually would have liked/subscribed if the huge request to do so didn't take up the whole video ... agree it was very annoying and I stopped watching when I realized it wasn't going away.

Why didn’t you show downtown Minocqua???
@davidkoehler1368 ай бұрын
well , Northbound doesn't go through it any more
@russ43388 ай бұрын
@@davidkoehler136 I realize that, I lived in Minocqua in 1988, I even got to meet Elizabeth Taylor, she was the parade marshal, for the sesquicentennial ,wooptido lol . I actually liked it better with just the two lanes, made the whole situation unique. I lived right behind the old police department, like six houses west of Torpy park. I walked all over downtown. It was so much fun.

I lived three miles outside of Oskaloosa from 1970 to 1974. Went to Grant Elementary in kindergarten and first grade and went to the Apostolic Pentecostal Church at 416 2nd Avenue east. Love Osky!

My son moved there..what is it like?
@matthewrobinson4323 Жыл бұрын
@@danielle_M.75 When we moved there from San Diego in 2000, the culture shock was like the old TV show "Green Acres", but we both loved it there. Back then, the population was 7500. Now I think it's something like 22000. The people are very friendly, and the scenery of the Ozarks is breathtaking. Springfield, the area hub, is only a few miles away, and if there's something you need that you can't find in Republic, most likely you can find it in Springfield. Springfield is a large town that likes to pretend it's an actual city. I miss living there... a lot!
