You don't have to run a campaign to use the Google Keyword Planner Tool - you simply need an active Google Ads Account. Google may have you spend a little bit of money initially to verify your ads account, but doing so still makes Google Keyword Planner one of the cheapest keyword tools that you can use. ;)

I can definitely understand your point of view here. The ethics of what they use for "training" data are definitely up for debate, and as a creator myself, I don't know how I feel about my creations being used in training data. @@Bkacontent It is just a shame that ai cannot simply advance a real artist toolkit rather than stealing and remixing and reshaping the end art, stealing it from the artists. Things like ai assistance roto-ing for green screen, and object removal are understandable. For animators, it "knowing" the shape of a colored region, so it can assist in auto-coloring hundreds of frames.... tracking the nose, the shirt, the pupil and auto-filling the color... all that is great. Just ingesting the end are for re-makes is simply not a tool. It's just theft. Period. Tech gave us SOOOOO much. I was so thrilled to see animation move from the terribly cost prohibitive paper, cel, paint, film, filmstand, film processing labor - to computer, with drawing tablets. But this only will have lasted a good 15-20 years before tech then just steals all that work, all that effort, all the art made from it, and all the art made in all of human history - and just leverages the art itself????? Why? How is this not seen as a pure fraud and a crime. Make us a tool kit tech bros. Don't just steal the results.

@@Bkacontent i found i can add 10 countries in google keyword planner - but after checking one site - the results are zero on other sites after ... so a big it seems. as a small business owner i know who my competitors are and who the clients are and locations byt no way have i been able to zero in of good keywords - so i use chatghy topical authority now to "guess"

One thing you can try in Google Keyword Planner is to go to Discover New Keywords > Start with a website. You could then put your competitor sites in there and get some keyword data.

You have to have a google ads account. Simply go to ads.google.com and log in using your Google account. They may require a small transaction to verify and set up your bank, but using it is completely FREE as you don't have to run an ad campaign to use Google Keyword Planner. Hope this helps. Thanks!

Adsense is different from the Google Ads Platform. While the Google Ads Platform may require you to put payment information in, it is FREE to use. You don't have to pay for a campaign - BUT you may have to have them verify your payment data before you can access the account.

When you exit out of the canvas view, you should see your project on the left hand side of the main ChatGPT window. Just click the three dots to the right to delete the project. :)

This is upcoming for the latest version... facing the same problems earlier when you clicke on create an account only it directly landed up on the home page but it asks you to input payment method

Yes, Google may ask you to input payment data, but they won't charge you anything unless you run a campaign. Using the Keyword Planner is completely FREE to use once you are able to access your ads account. :)

Unfortunately that is not the case anymore, Google will ask for a £10 (in the UK) authorisation fee even if you don’t actually publish a campaign. They say they will remove the charge in a week, but it just makes the system impossible to use for students and similar people who just want to access the keyword planner for projects.

That is frustrating. However, one way to look at this is even if they charge you a one time fee of $10 to use this tool, that still makes this tool cheaper than anything else out there that charges you monthly or even annually to use. :)
