I love it when I watch videos about British and German cars and the British always seem to explain more better in detail about the cars that make more sense

why not listen to the feedback from the previous video? the annoying elevator music adds nothing but takes away a lot. get with the times man.

I love the BS about the best battery, every good mechanic that I have ever talked to says BS on putting a OEM battery in it and yes get a AGM one but Porsche ships cars over here to the US and no batteries in them and we put US batteries in them.

Hey thanks you’ve given me Great encouragement , I really like these cars and don’t mind wrenching myself , if I can find the parts there’s nothing much I can’t fix , the interiors of those cars are great , I think I’m chasing a weekender car and I think that’s going to be my next car . I’d even drop that engine out if I had to , . Thanks great work . I’m encouraged you could sort out the spark issue without that much difficult my.

The dealer says you have to pull the engine to change the spark plugs and it`s time when they reach 100,000 miles or it will be shortly. The trunk or "boot" has a broken plastic gear in it and someone got mad at it and slammed down the lid. A replacement gear made of metal can be purchased. The "Check Engine" light will be turning on soon, good luck.

Around here they would never spend that kind of time talking to a customer. They would be angry if you even walked in there. If you phoned a RR or Bentley dealer in Vancouver BC and like me you wanted some service on an oldRR like mine 1990 with 12k kms on it, they wouldn’t even book it in. Not worth it for them. They can’t begin to catch up on the first and second services on new ones. Even with ones they still work on there is at least a 2 month delay. I found it interesting that not just high end dealers but even Chevy dealers are not under obligation to work on the brand. I’ve seen this first hand. The original RRs and Bentleys were sold on the idea that you had a big investment in something that if taken care of would last you decades. This is not the driving factor behind these vehicles now. Status and prestige are the sales drivers especially with the new Asian buyers. They also must be current which is why used one take such a hit. However it’s a plus for the unwashed masses with a bit of mechanical know how.

Giving an honest critique; I'd want my Bentley engine note, to be silence! Sorry if this sounds harsh, but you speak too fast and through your teeth. Speaking more slowly, whilst lending attention to "Diction", will take you where,, you need to be 👌

The thing is - with all the sensors around every part of modern cars, error codes are bound to occur. The next video I see is Clarkson driving a Bentley through all manner of terrain, up to it's windows in mud... and it's still driving.

The boot lid motor has failed , the gears are also failed to pull the boot lid into place , you can not get them anywhere in the world new , get hold of Car Wizzard of Omega Motors in USA , there is a crowd in USA who remanufacture the motors , incidently , the company that built those motors went bust in 2013 , later cars use a different motor and they fail too with no real back up , current 2020 model to current use a different motor again .
