I guess it boils down to preference ie; hand size, experience, conceal ability, cost etc.. I have the Bul and I really like it. Wilson does make amazing firearms just a little too expensive for some people. Great review! 👍🏽

A good video, brother, excuse me for saying this, but you must establish a line of fire, you cannot be circling right where your partner is shooting, because if you or your friend is careless, an accident can happen.
@rios15539Ай бұрын
It’s not a typical range. Lines are established, its team movement and comms/ light beacons are addressed for safety. Note: this is no line for combat.

@Murph... Great review as always!!! Outstanding review as always! A few questions for you if you don't mind regarding my new Bul Armory Tac Pro 4.25: 1) Have you found the PVD finish to be difficult to Polish clean? Mine seems to chew up cleaning cloths (even fine linen handkerchiefs) leaving a heavy film of lint behind and in crevices that is hard to remove. Scratches easily also. 2) Plated ammo is a no no... I'm having difficulty identifying which 9mm ammo is non-plated. Looking for accuracy at 25+ yards and enough gaseous punch to put those V8 ports to work. Your thoughts, experience, and suggestions most appreciated!!!
@02xtera2 ай бұрын
PVD finish does appear to be easy to blemish, may have to get it DLC coated, Blazer Brass is plated brass casing. But I ran 400 rds thru the 5" V8 TAC without issue. I just didn't like the clean up or louder sound so it was sold to get the TAC non-ported model instead. Both the 4.25" and 5" models are incredible
@isidrosevier11252 ай бұрын
Bro you need to get a tanfoglio defiant stock master or the Xtreme version. One of the most beautiful, softest non compd gun, most balanced, and for the price. You cant beat it.

IMHO, The V8 ports on the Pro model are over-rated. Doing just fine with the TAC model in 4.25 or 5" Have owned both variations and it's really not much different.
@thedude54Ай бұрын
I disagree, I have the 2023 "EDC" 4.25 and the 2024 Tac Pro 5". The Pro is right there with the XC. Not to mention some Atlas Erubus owners say the Tac Pro is a better shooter.

Curious what your take is on a theory that these guns will make you feel like a "better" shooter, but wont challenge you because hey 1911 trigger etc, versus "you should train on a glock/striker fired" and get good, because then you would be EVEN BETTER when using a 2011? Ben Stoeger recent video he alluded to a friend saying this. I'm on the fence about sticking to my P320s or continue down this 2011 path
@JokerRoyko3 ай бұрын
There is some truth to it I would say. Yes it can make you feel like a better shooter. Let’s say you struggle with recoil mitigation and can’t shoot fast and accurately as you would like. A gun that naturally mitigates felt or perceived recoil is going to make you think you are a better shooter. But in reality it’s just the equipment. I suck at golf. But if I go buy the most expensive driver and connect off the tee, it probably would go farther. But I’m still going to miss/suck 9 times out of ten because I dont have the fundamentals to back it up.

I am debating getting a second Wilson SFT9 vs getting a Nighthawk TRS. This was actually helpful for that comparison as well because of the size of the grip. I know the TRS is an AWESOME gun but I have doubts I would carry it with the standard 2011 size grip. I am also a big fan of competing and training with my actual carry gun or one just like it. I also shoot way better with my solid frame Wilson than any other gun I have. The Staccato P is the only thing even close. Thanks for the great info.
