17x7.5 +41, if you want perfect flush fitment front and rear, you need 10mm spacers on the rear with a square set of wheels. The factory set up is 10mm wider in the front than the rear.

The SE was basically the GSR but with the LS drivetrain. Came with the same GSR wheels, sunroof, rear wing without the light under the glass and so forth. I bought my 94 GSR from the original woman owner in 2001 with 88k miles. Still has the all original B18C1 drivetrain, fully stock and original besides the head gasket, with 389,000 miles on it now. I'm about to pull the engine out to clean and re-seal the entire thing. It's on its 5th timing belt, and I'll be putting the 4th clutch on it soon.

I previously owned a 2013 G37S coupe w 200k+ kms until someone smashed into me and insurance wrote it off. All I gotta say if you do the maintenance it'll pay you back in full. Appreciate the video! If you lift the car up to keep the front wheels off the ground, does that help clear the system better?
@BalancePointMedia18 күн бұрын
I could see how that might be something that would be worth trying but I don't believe the extra effort in lifting the wheels will necessarily clear the system more. As long as you keep pumping out fluid until it looks consistently new in the pump you should be fine

Got a 1988 fc for 1200 and it doesn’t crank and doesn’t start but it does have 102k miles and 1 owner. If anyone can help me find out what can it be I’d appreciate it. I’ve changed the battery, fuses (in the engine bay and in the driver side) the electrical stuff works but I do notice that the dash does not turn on but some lights like the brake light work but I don’t see the rest of the lights turning on. The car does not do anything when I turn the key 😢. Butttt this car was a steal knowing that the car has been drifting taxed.

That is pretty amazing. Just for reference, bought a S14 back in 08 that looked like showroom quality with 132,000 miles. In the 12 years of owning the car, I put about 110,000 miles on it driving it daily. Had to replace the Radiator, Alternator, Gas Tank, Starter, Clutch, Oil pan gasket, Valve cover gasket, Brake Master Cylinder, fuel injectors, spark plugs. MAF, EGR Solenoid, Knock Sensor, and O2 Sensors. On Average they say you spend about $400 a year in maintenance on a good Toyota. With all those issues I spent about $325 per year on average but only took it to a mechanic for the Alternator, Gas Tank, Clutch and Knock Sensor.
@BalancePointMediaАй бұрын
That's not terrible for maintenance on a S14! I have recently developed a coolant leak that I'm trying to find which is annoying but at this age I'd expect one of my hoses or radiator to possibly start failing so I'm not surprised
@Joecuzzi19 күн бұрын
@@BalancePointMedia Mine had a crack in the stock radiator and would only overheat when idling for 5-10 minutes. I upgraded the radiator and hoses to after market and never had a problem again.
