The most difficult part is realizing it in coding site or export it into a real site. Is there a tutorial about that?

I should have this all memorized but I watch this video several times a year when I have to make a GIF. I love it! I do have one issue though, I've noticed once I've rendered it out, the final GIF appears to be sped up. Is there a setting I'm missing or are my eyes deceiving me?
