@@wealthchamps23 It's pandering.. It's like the Candace Owens dilemma..She speaks the truth also, but it's from a place of malice, bitterness and greed. With her, the audience she panders to also happens to be the audience who pays her, just like Umar.. It is easy to tell the truth and NOT demonize.. For me, a good example is The Honorable Minister Louis Farrakhan and Phillip Scott. They are fair in their criticism and don't blame one side for the poor decisions of others. Umar Doesn't even have a track record in his personal life to be telling anyone who to marry and how to build. And no, I personally don't IR date and I'm Pro-Black. Shame that I have to say that because there will surely be those who'll deflect to the trusty " oh you just date WW, that's why you hate him" cop out when they can't dispute my argument with a reasonable take. This dude is a walking contradiction. He'll tell. WP all of the facts about how the historic racism, discredit, violence, land theft, town destruction etc has led to the results we see today regarding Black ownership, wealth and power, but then tell actual BP that BM are the reason we're in our present state and that BM are the reason BW make poor decisions. On one hand BW are the most intelligent, most capable and flawless. On the other, they are so weak, gullible and stupid that they are easily manipulated and controlled by the weakest of BM. That is actually insulting to BW. He never talks to BM about their reasons for choosing what path they take in life, but he'll talk DOWN to BM while talking TO BW about BM. Last example. Let's say I was a teacher in a school district that was very liberal and paid a lot more than the public schools. As a BM, (imo) I have an obligation to all students but especially the Black boys who rarely get a BM teacher in their lives. Yet, instead of using my position to teach to their strengths and understand their weaknesses, I choose to preserve my higher pay by blaming them for the home environment and upbringing that made the difference, punishing them for "acting out" while little Timmy is deemed "energetic" and left alone. I teach these Black boys White washed history, present to them White examples of greatness while ignoring the great achievements of BM because the people who pay me want it this way. When in meetings with the staff, I appease them by citing surface level "statistics" without context that paint Black boys in a negative, violent and less intelligent manner, which justifies their approach and lets them off the hook for their decision making towards Black boys. Next, when Black parents have issues regarding how their sons are treated and taught, the administration trots out a Black face to "legitimize" the negative and pessimistic approach. The first thing I do is spew the "data" and statistics which are technically true on the surface yet devoid of context INTENTIONALLY in order to satisfy the paymasters. Lastly, the contradiction comes when I use the "truth" to basically demonize the boy for his behavior issues and grades to please my payer, but when with the actual student, instead of motivating him by example, giving him examples of BM who have overcome obstacles and put him on a path that puts him in a position to work with what he has to achieve success, I blame the system and tell him he's too weak to fight against it, basically emasculating him and convincing him that he's SOLELY the problem. Umar is a grifter who is only out for himself monetarily. Look at his comment sections to see how his female audience feels about BM. Look at how they rejoice in hearing about our failures and look at how they laugh when a BM, who has never said or done anything hurtful to a BW, is disrespected, abused or set up by a non-Black woman. That's the audience he's pandering to, not BW who care about the Black community.

I can most definitely see your point when it comes to Umar and even the Candace Owens reference. I look at a lot of his interviews and I see he switches up in regards to his words via interviewer. I have to admit that he knows his history extremely well, however he focuses on the white supremacy talk instead of the Black history and how we have created the life ‘’They’’ have stole talk.

As brilliant as he is, he has intentionally chosen to water it down and be less effective in promoting the greatness of Black culture in exchange for internet pander dollars. He reduces his potential power and influence to mere buzzwords and a "go where the wind blows" approach. Online, the money is always with demonizing BM, telling BW they're never wrong, and blaming WS for ALL of the problems in our community.

Do you have an understanding on how much work it actually takes to build a school without PE Funding, Investors or Venture Capital funding? He’s literally doing it with all our peoples money. On top of that, he’s fighting our own people as well as the higher ups while educating you on what’s been happening from our history. How can you question it?

@@wealthchamps23 Don't be so foolish. It doesn't take this long to open a school. There's been people who have opened schools with fewer resources and a fewer dollars. Money can't be an excuse. Two, you didn't answer my question about the resumes. How can somebody be collecting resumes for ten years and not hire a single person? Three, Umar isn't fighting us. He's nothing more than a traveling preacher. Sad truth, harsh reality.

My experience is I have had more success dealing with none pigmented folks than the other way around. So no, I haven’t experienced it because I keep my vibration high and only deal with high level individuals
