@@HeavyMetalTom I went to a number of 64 Funny Car shows there in the 70's and a couple of Northwest Nationals, too. I grew up on Bainbridge Island. There were so many great Nitro FC's out of Seattle. Jerry "the king" Ruth, Green Elephant, Hank Johnson etc etc. I live in LA now (unfortunately), but I always recognize those gorgeous NW trees surrounding SIR !! Thanks for posting.

.....Wow...I was at that Pacific race for motorcycles in July 2016 and it is a cool. location with a low key. atmosphere. I lived close enough to hear the dragster on the weekend. 15 miles, but we could still hear them.
