Each pharmacy concentration is different. Check your prescription on box it should say proper dosage amount

I have one similar to the first one. Only thing I didn't like was the zipper kind of poked out if I wore anything with a tighter fit. So I would turn the zipper part so it was on the side instead of the front. Problem solved! I have several trainers, but this one is my favorite. Thank you for your in depth research, guidance, and advice. You are most appreciated!
