What's your opinion on water harvestation system like the one offered by Ambuja mandated by Govt for all buildings starting with Govt owned ones. Lot of precious rain water needs to be harvested and saved for future use, it may also reduce urban flooding instances too

Yes that's the best thing we can do. As I alredy said large scale water harvesting is the need of hr. Percolation pit, water harvesting wells, individual water harvestings everything just adds a support to this problem.

Sir please also make vdos on load transfer mechanism, like how the load is transferred from slab to beam n then on column(with formulas). Please include the example 'Column supporting 4 beams then in that case how much of load is coming on column from the respective slab n beam'

FRESHERS के दर्द जितने भी bade bade company है Construction की या chote company भी सभी को चाहिए experience wale बंदे civil engineering में ।। तो यार सोचने wali बात है कि हम freshers कहा जाए?? क्या बिना काम किये experience आ जाएगी ?? नहीं ना तो फिर हम करे तो करे क्या ।। क्या फायदा फिर ऐसी degree lene ki जहां लोग job less रह जाते हैं। Aap ek baar interview leke do dekho. Agar bande me tailent nahi hogi to wo uski problem hai. But yahan sab kuchh hone ke baad bhi kuchh mil nahi raha.
