@brucerobert I just read your comment from three years ago and the thing that struck me is how you managed to maintain your composure amongst the inane blather as you presented your unassailable argument. Looking at the other comments it was clear that the other people were speaking from an irrational, emotion based perspective, just like the deceptive advert being commented on. I would find it interesting to see your take on the recent events in London, since this is certainly related.

the key to decreasing gun violence is the education about gun safety and proper handling at an early age. by banning guns you make a criminal's job easier because they know no one has a gun. the criminal sure as hell doesnt give a shit about the law and will get a gun they same way he would if guns were legal, illegally.
