I did some micro mini twist back in March and took them out in june...how long do u keep ur mini braids in?....im bout to do some more tomorrow hopefully I'm done or mostly done by monday😂
@stylesbycharmichelle4 күн бұрын
Nope. Midsize to jumbo braids and twists for the win. Save time, save hair, minimize matting, 6 weeks in at most. Spray some oil on it as your taking it down for more slip. Life is too short. 😅 That being said, your process takes forever, but end result is pretty good, if you have this kind of time!

Is it a good idea just to rip apart joined hair strands from her head?
@resemblemebyrobyn11 күн бұрын
No it is not. But when you have clients who don’t come and see you for months at a time and wash their hair throughout (sometimes it matts when drying) then pulling apart the marrying locs are necessary. I’d choose that over cutting with scissors (some people do). Pulling the locs apart you can (most of the time) just arrange the pieces back the their loc. I’d recommend sooner maintenance over both other options.

Thank you for watching 💕 I’ve recently finished the tubes after like 5 washes (sometimes used twice in a wash day) and can say my scalp liked it. Enough to rebuy? Maybe occasionally and mix it in my routine of products on wash day.

I will never forget February 2000 when my hair came out in patches due to stress. I decided to cut it down to a teeny afro. I started getting micros every 2 months for 2 yrs. By march 2003, i had an afro that would've made Angela Davis proud 😂
