A question, is this emulated? From what I've been trying to figure out ab this console, the game on real hardware supposedly has a horrendous frame rate and the emulators are supposedly known for innacuracy. In virtua racing, the console is self seems to be limiting the frame rate, it can run the game faster at a higher fps ( in bizhawk at least. ) You freeze one value in ram and the frame rate unlocks itself.

Played the NES port back in my childhood, never beat it because I had no idea of what you supposed to do in the game. But I had no idea that there was a sequel on Nintendo DS to the first game.
