Pampers Sensitive was the only one that did not result in a diaper rash. Destin on the surrounding area at each changing would clear it within 24hrs for us. Hope Riley is better! 💕

Hi Ash, NICU nurse here and mother of two. Riley's nappy rash can be: sensitivity to the nappy (very likely) or fungal infection. The best thing to do is to try other nappy brand, and second to "air" the area. Place a waterproof matress protector somewhere safe and leave her without nappy for 1 hour or so a few times a day. This will help to heal. Of course, you need to see the pediatrician again. I hope she heals soon. Happy New Year to you and your family!

The thick paste penaten and then Vaseline on top of that will rid that rash right away!:) When my daughter teethed she had flu like symptoms, a terrible diaper rash, and green poops. It was always horrible for her. The above is what helped !

Aaww Ryley is adorable! Lol the way she looks at the camera. I was gonna say, my parents are from Belize and they burn flour in a pan and put it on diaper rashes once its cooled down. Crazy at home remedies lol.

It’s wouldn’t hurt to just change diapers as a precautionary just in case she developed a sensitivity to the diapers later down the line because 3 weeks for a rash is insane mama . Change everything like her wipes, soaps detergent etc just to try to see if it’s one of those things. Petroleum jelly and triple antibiotics could help as well
