I got the hemomancer’s mythic item, so I prioritized healing upgrades all game and had a ton of life steal / omnivamp. The spirit visage was also doing work boosting it even more.

riven in wildrift has a reset mechanic. during ult your ult, enemy takedowns resets your shockwave and extends ult duration by 3 seconds

I used to pull the same shit on enemy team late season 13 with Xin, I went in trading one for one a couple times before DD making the enemy team think I'm squishy and this is as bad as it gets, and then bought it second item and I suddenly became unkillable literally face tanking everything frontline and ace-ing them with my team lol. Certain champs have such a toxic interaction with this item, and nowadays with sundered sky it's even worse.
