Short film '1986 Forever' out 15.12.2024

802 played their debut show at The New Colossus Festival in NYC in March 2023 and released their debut single ‘My Girl’ in March 2023 on their own label 802 INC. The single was premiered on BrooklynVegan. The single came with the short film ‘A Heavy Metal Bedtime Story’ directed by Casper Balslev who lately has directed music videos for alt-J and MØ. The film was premiered on Earmilk and was nominated with a UK Music Video Award in the category ‘Best Special Visual Project’ along with Kendrick Lamar, Gorillaz and others. 802 played Bloom, Copenhell and Roskilde Festival 2024 and won the prize for 'Most Promising Act Of The Year 2024' at Danish Metal Award 'Den Hårde Tone'.
