Sure, it was filled with too many cheap trinket chinese sellers. But I think they ruined it even more with the new upscale shops. Now it's high priced stores like saks fifth avenue. How much of the population shops at saks fifth avenue? 2%? Sugarfina is outrageously priced -- like expensive candy for japanese to give to each other as gifts.

I always cringe when I see a setup like this. EACH of these fish need 200 gallons on their own and space to swim freely. Either you get separate tanks that are BIG or you will have dead fish on your hands.

Not necessarily, Jack Dempsey cichlids can live in as small as a 55 full grown and oscars only need up to a 90 i dont know who miss informed you but ive got hours of research into south american and African cichlids and most really wont need a 200 gallon except for maybe parachromis dovii

@@inthedark7946...that is exactly what you are...in the dark about fish-keeping. MANY fish can LIVE in a 55g but that doesn't make it right. 10 gallons per inch of fish if you want real success. a 10-12 inch-fish needs room to swim all over. Sometimes people want something so bad they ignore conventional wisdom. Fish need to maneuver, turn, dive behind cover etc. 55 gallons for a 10-12" fish doesn't even give it room to turn around without bumping into something. 55 gallons is good for community schooling fish that won't get more than 5". You may have "hours" of research...I have been keeping fish for close to 30 years. I have forgotten more about fish-keeping than you have learned in those "hours" of research.

i had 2 11 inch oscars 2 7 inch dempseys 2 green terrors & cat fish plecos & everyone got along fine until my greenterror male grew his hump he was 6 inches long but for a month he kept all fish hiding scared

You can easily do this and have harmony, but you need a way larger tank. An Oscar full size will be WWWAAAYYY larger. The Dempsey won't pick a fight, because the Oscar is too big, and the Oscar doesn't care enough.

I am from Oahu and I used to love going to Waikiki just for the International Market. But now, it is gone and I really miss it so bad. It was such a true Hawaii vibes to it and Waikiki is missing that now😢😢😢...
