was there last week and one of the cooks was walking around preparing and putting out food wearing ONLY socks. Thoroughly disgusting my wife (who works in food service) we complained to management, who refused to refund our money (my wife couldn't eat after that). Management walked right past the employee in question while looking for her.

is the water warm in the creek in the forests? Should be unpleasantly cold i think :)

The water stays right around 60° degrees all year long. For us, it's not unpleasant, especially on a hot summer day 😊

@@TheChildressAdventures Thank you - so it should be quite warm if its 60F (~17 C) - Baltic sea on the other hand if it is 15-17C its the good summer temperature that everybody enjoys in clear sky.

No problem! The Wye definitely is a lot of fun. Also, check into Greenbrier Swimming Hole and The Midnight Hole. They, too, are also popular and great Swimming spots.

Yes the water park is included with your stay at Country Cascades, when you check in they give you bracelets green for adults red for minors. They are your room keys and access to the waterpark 😃

Hi I was about to ask this same question. 😊 I saw the website mentioned wristbands but I didn't see you guys wearing one. Are they strict with them? I have a 2 and 3 year old that constantly picks at them until they get them off 😅.

Man I love people posting about Knoxville Pipes and Drums! I originally wasn't too interested into my scottish heritage but I got into it and I'm a member of the band now! :) I'm one of the snare drummers for the band and I never knew how fun the band would be!
