Low sodium Spam cut in thirds lengthwise. NO added anything especially more salt. Smoke on a Traeger at the lowest smoke setting for 2 hours. It is absolutely amazing. Not joking. It is fantastic !

So cool to get the kids involved. My dad took me out at an early age and now I get to take my son. These are the kinds.of things that need to be shown more often. Thanks for sharing Ben.

Shed hunting makes my job as a pest technician soo much easier. Like you said ben, look back & glass what you just walked! Thats how I spot webs I missed on properties. It has saved my butt on the job a few hundred times over the past 3 years.

Not even 30 sec in, I knew they would find one before the trip even started! I found 6 In CO from the road while just driving from SD-SO CAL from the highway. It was late summer so I know hundreds of people drove past them.

Nicely done getting after it with kids in the summer heat. I was excited to see this video after a little break, you told me you were doing Colorado soon back at the end of June. You’re so close to finishing. Keep it up.

Should have done some research before trying to claim to be "the 1st" to find sheds in all 50 states. Its already been done by many famous hunters. My uncle did it back in the 80's. Still cool to be able to say you did it, if you eventually do. Its neat to say that I have held sheds, skulls, tusks, teeth, claws & horns from every state in the U.S & every continent.
@shedcrazyofficial2 ай бұрын
Nobody I can find has ever even claimed to have done it so not sure what kind of research I should have done. I’d love to talk to your uncle though. Can you pass along his info?
@Antler_addict2 ай бұрын
@shedcrazyofficial my uncle passed away 17 years ago but there is a guy that has an antler museum with sheds from all 50 that showed off his massive collection on a t.v show. I will try to find it. I think it was the largest shed collection recorded. Not too sure on that tho, I watched it years ago.
@shedcrazyofficial2 ай бұрын
His name is Jim Phillips, he lives in three forks Montana. He has an insane collection, and owns over 16k antlers but he hasn’t found a shed in all 50 states or attempted it. I verified this when I was there. I would love to see some documentation and see if we can verify that your uncle did it. I’m pretty skeptical to be honest but it wouldn’t ruin anything for me if it had been done before.
@Antler_addict2 ай бұрын
@shedcrazyofficial hey Ben, my cousin finally got back to me & he said the collection was collected by him & his hunting friends, not just him. I asked him if he knew who had the collection now but he didn't know. I just remember I was about 15 when I 1st saw them, my uncle said there were antlers in there from every state in the US. Things like this weren't really documented back then so there would be little to no evidence of it being done by anyone. You will definitely be the 1st person to have documented proof of being the 1st to have personally found sheds in all 50 states & that sure is a huge accomplishment & something to be proud of. Thanks for taking us along for the ride, it's been fun.

Really cool to hear about the old timers who were picking shed back then! So little known about it,but it must have been amazing to hike when almost nobody was looking. I bet that collection was amazing. Thanks for sharing!
