As a Canadian and as this is a Canadian show, it puzzles me why the show revolves around a high school named after an American inventor, Thomas Alva Edison. Couldn’t they choose something more Canadian like Frederick Grant Banting or something? I understand the producers are maybe marketing towards American audiences, but all my American friends reportedly have seldomly heard of this show nor aired in the United States to their knowledge. (Naming the HS after Alexander Graham Bell would have been perfect for both Canada and the U.S.A. but Bell is from Scotland though.)

Its amazing to watch this episode now in 2023. It crazy to see how much college/university was pushed on youth back then, I bought the whole message. Now at 34 I see college/university as just a scam and does nothing but put you in debt for life. I have a good job now but that wasn't thanks to the 4 years I sacrificed studying for something that never helped me. Now I tell teenagers, think hard before going straight to college after high school. Sometimes taking a year or 2 off school will open your eyes to the real world and you will truly understand what you want to do in life instead of having someone else tell you.

Victor had the biggest arc in the show , he went from being the vile villain to their close friend , one of the gang
