what size of drill bit do you use ? a lock nut must be used from another side?

we use 10.5 and turn it in there is no need to add a jack nut from the back

you mean the tenax screw this is normaly in the car you can buy it by BMW or in the shop www.windschott.de/us/windblocker-replacement-parts/3114/tenax-screw-nickel-plated-brass-size-4.2-x-16-mm?c=194 need to do one washer down for come higher than works perfectly

you did it wrong. Those caps that you drilled holes into are supposed to come out. Then the receiver screws into threads behind the cap. What you did worked, but it's wrong.

Nice video en nice windschott. Compared to the original one, it is more close to the front seats (which i think is good!), but it is stationary and does not fold up with the roof as the original does (which can be a disadvantage)
