4:20 As you could see, I had to reposition myself since the nitromethane fumes were starting to overwhelm me. If you want an idea of what that’s like, it’s smells a lot like caramelized or burnt onions and it stings your eyes and makes them water like you’re chopping 100 onions at once. I know you may think I’m exaggerating, and that’s understandable since just about everything about these nitro cars seems exaggerated. It’s only when you experience it in person that you come to realize that these seemingly exaggerated descriptions are actually pretty accurate.

Question for you. I have not been to a pro NHRA event in 25 years. I bought my 3 day tickets for VMP. I am taking a friend who has never been to the NHRA. Which drivers still do the throttle whack? Do they still do the night of fire?

Scott Palmer’s team still does the throttle whack. From what I’ve researched however, the Night of Fire events aren’t actually planned by NHRA, but by the individual race tracks.

I'll bet, with 1200hp on a superspeedway. It kind of makes sense why NASCAR used restrictor plates when they race at Daytona, and later a combination of tapered spacers and an aero package used only on that track as well as Talladega. Thanks for watching, by the way.

I had both the camcorder and the external mic set to their lowest settings since I had a feeling that it wouldn’t be able to record the sound clearly without it being distorted if I didn’t. This based on what I observed when I used this camcorder/mic setup at a NASCAR race I went to at Richmond Raceway about a month and a half ago.

I'm having a problem with it saying I only have 8% done of the field when I literally plowed the whole field. The field has rocks, so I bought a rock collector to gather them and it won't pick the rocks up. Now the Ai employee won't reflow the field. I don't know what to do to get the contract done.

Hmm, sounds like it could be a bug within the game itself. I recommend you go to www.farming-simulator.com and talk to someone in the forums about this matter. There’s a Bug Report section within their Technical Support forums.

I used a Panasonic 4k HC-VX981 Video Camcorder together with a Rode external microphone. These were part of a 4k camcorder kit that I checked out from the Central Rappahannock Regional Library IdeaSpace via their ‘Tech on the Go’ program.

Thanks. If you’re curious, this seat I was in is in the Commonwealth Tower, Row 35, Seat 15. This row of seats are among the highest seats you can book at the track. It’s about $120/person but the view you get makes it worthwhile. Plus you get a good workout climbing up and down the stairs.
