Hey! I bought this ocarina, and I received it 2 days ago. I recently had very bad feedback on STL ocarina, and moreover I have the impression that this ocarina gives a very windy sound, and that it cannot reach the high notes. Can you give me your opinion on this ocarina?

@@OcarinaOwl Pues aprenderé a tocar con esa. No hay de otra. Igual mi guitarra eléctrica es genérica, no se escucha muy bien, pero es la que uso para seguir aprendiendo. 😂 Saludos.

Yo recien toco la ocarina y realmente recomiendo no iniciar tocando una ocarina profecional, ocarina bajo o una ocarina soprano. Como yo hice inicie con la ocarina que se llama Night by noble que en amazon cuesta solo 33 dolares Y esta increiblemente bien afinada. La recomiendo

Es buena pregunta! Si, pero no mucho. Hay ocarinas de plástico que suenan mejores que algunas de cerámica. Pero el hecho es que las ocarinas de cerámica son las más “standard” en todas partes. Las ocarinas de madera son muy interesantes también.

La Ocarina SC es Soprano C o Soprano en do. Es la Ocarina mas aguda en el septeto clásico budriese

@@OcarinaOwl it's the STL darker blue glaze clay ocarina, looks almost identical to the one in the video. But has the official STL logo carved in cursive on the top near the mouth piece. I'd say your left index finger would be very close to the logo when playing it

Amazon seems to have a fishy listing for STL Ocarina’s Ocarina of Time replica listed for less than half of STL’s standard market value. While it has seemingly good reviews, I see it as one of those “Too good to be true” situations. They even list it as being made by STL Ocarina. Thanks for showing this one though! There are just too many poorly made replicas being sold.

@@OcarinaOwl Good luck! It’s listed at $28 USD. Doesn’t seem to be sold by anyone affiliated with STL. I wonder if they were bought wholesale to be re-sold for profit? Either way, I think when I decide on getting a replica I’ll be going directly through STL. Their customer service can’t be beat.
