Not surprised that continued growth was glanced over. These drier areas need to consider limiting growth (or encouraging growth with specific water use/storage incentives) in combination with improving efficiency and diversity of water sources. The problem will never truly be solved if growth itself is ignored.

This is an excellent documentary about the water concerns. I don't think that "pushing" the agenda is necessarily aligned with a factual description of various troubles that we should all be aware of.
