Ella has always been my top vocalist for her ability of perfect pitch, intonation, phrasing, purity of tone and scatting. The way her voice was an instrument of perfection. Lizz’s interpretation of this classic makes me feel I’ve been dipped in warm butterscotch! It’s so yummy and lovely as if her entire body and soul have joined forces with her voice. Thank you for such a remarkable piece of music🎶❤️🕊️

Such an underrated performer. This voice needs to be more known in the mainstream. Absolutely stunning! This pianist, who needs to be credited in this collaboration, is phenomenal as well!

Not so sure she's underrated....been around since her debut release (Salt) in 2003.....I've seen her perform live several times......can't quite describe her talent, but she's 1 of 1.....she's not for mainstream.....that's what Pop music is for....her music is such that it can't be put in a box or genre.....most of us know the music business is one of the dirtiest, ruthless businesses on planet earth.....Lizz isn't part of that bs anymore....she's finally label free, and runs her own show independently (Blues & Greens) a majority of her work is performed in Europe, which doesn't come as a surprise for me, considering the pattern for lots of artists who are "different"...I'm pretty sure that's Gerald Clayton on the piano, who hails from jazz royalty....his father is the legendary bassist, John Clayton, and his late uncle Jeff, was quite talented on the alto sax & flute....we lost him in 2020, unfortunately.
