Purchased 2 S10-PKS wireless keyboard with mouse combo on January 2, 2025. Both have terrible Laser Etched Keycaps. RGB Lighting or Colors are partially blocked. Definitely returning both S101 keyboards back to Amazon and not reordering. A bit later today January 8, 2025 , I tried to return the two S101-PKS back to Amazon but they were an Unreturnable product which when Ordered did not indicated Unreturnable or non-Refundable. Went to Amazon Online Chat and the representative said to keep the keyboards since nonreturnable and I was given an Amazon Gift Card Refund of $95 to my account.

Don’t waste your money. I’m on my second pair. The firstone broke where the swivel is and my second pair just went out. I keep turning them on and they keep shutting down know what’s wrong or waste of money. I’ve only had them for four months. They sound great but they don’t last.

I just got this keyboard and the lights are only white I cant get them to be RGB?? Like what the heck!? I have messed with the software cause I have the hyperx quadcast S and the lights work fine with the software, Im like when I restart my pc it changes to the rgb. and then when the pc is back on it changes right back to white.... S annoying

yes you can change the colour to one colour in the software. The software is easy to setup so dont stress about it.

the actuation, after i got my apex 9 i couldn't edit my actuation point in detail, u only get 2 presets which is writing then competitive play (comp being something like 1-1.4 ms response time) whereas with the apex PRO you can edit any key to any actuation level u want
