It was the summer of 2005. My sister and I were set to go to our dad's house for July 4th, and I wanted to wear my custom Boston Red Sox jersey I made to celebrate them finally winning the World Series in 2004. My sister said "You're not wearing that shirt", so I said, "I'm not changing, so if I can't wear the shirt to Dad's house, I'm not going." (They both hate me customizing my own shirts.) I went with my mom and stepdad to visit some of his friends instead, and everyone there thought the shirt was so cool. It felt soooo good to stand my ground!

Ma'am im sorry but i was disappointed, i was expecting something so much longer and more in depth, cuz this assignment changed me completely, like i was mad as hell at my counselor for giving me the assignment,but lil did mr know it all know apparently i had a control issues, abd i didn't think i did til i did the actual footwork, n man it completely changed who i was and I'm still that way today, so you want honest feedback? I have learned so much over the years from all kinds of different people,but lynn heaton in Southeast iowa was my rock. She was great bout doing exactly the opposite of my norm, she wouldn't tell me or hint or suggest, but she d walk me right into the answer make me figure it out on my own the hard way kinda... THEM ARE THE LESSONS THAT STICK. MY MOM huge control freak, and from my experiences if your experiencing control. Issues THAT bad you better look up narcissist personality disorder, and fkr for your partners sake? Study it get ahead of it while they are only tendencies before if become a embedded disorder, cuz aint no coming back from that, educate urself on the signs n be self aware if you catch yourself doing them, nd check you own face off, dont make your partner do it its always too sensitive a topic to bring up, it's never taken well n the reactions are unforgettable. Blah blah blah yea i know so your video, you did great on the expression of relief n the emphasis on how much it was a factor in your life, thats great nut also hkw i can tell you are still young at this journey, n you got so much more coming your way collective, control is a super serious problem, and it needed much more elaboration to really hook the listener n make them question, hmmm wait do i have a control issue, and the main thing was what? It was non existent, what did you do, what coping skills did you adapt, whats your support family like, how many on your team, whats your main diggers, how to identify the triggers,do you even know what your triggerw are, elaborate on your thought process when your triggered or you catch yourself triggered, cuz a controlling person is gonna wanna look like they can control themselves n their tendancies. They honestly try to control so hard that they got no idea what it looks like from another perspective. N i woulda elaborated bout three times during the main body how much of an important key this was to successfully let go of that need. But please dont demean or devalue someone trying to improve, cuz that's a good way too chuck it in the f#@kit bucket n that could revolt twice as bad. But your right it was such a great feeling like how can that just be the main creator of alotta medical problems. That was another good thing you did but again tough love, elaborate more on the seriousness of the health problems . this cannot be expressed enough how much this will free up everything. No more anger, your approach to critism will be less aggressive, youll be way more open to topics that before were a no go, talk Bout freedom of the mind, how youll expand it n learn so much more, cuz i didnt here nothing bout how yoh manage it or cope w it,all i really heard was you made a conscience decision to change your life n it was alot better. But i thank you for doing this video its definitely something that needs alot More awareness,n now tha your aware youll see it everywhere. Great discussion. Human design has helped me to lean into my listening skills and take control of my life. I have an open throat and was raised by my mother, a manifesting generator. She was always saying it's easy, just do this, do that, so I was always trying to be the star so people would think I am worthy. Yeah, an open heart too. Now, I am slowing down taking life one step at a time thanks to human design. Ty for spreading the word about this great system.
