BMW's Eco mode does this by dropping engine braking to nothing to allow less rolling resistance to achieve better fuel economy, which is what I'm assuming your car is doing as well

The internal tabs for the fob have come in stuck. Will have to find a new front rubber.😂

Spray grease in a can mate... coat the whole bloody thing keep that corrosion out and keeps linkages good
