I have a theory on this. There's an IDENTICAL skit that I happened to see from some Spanish speaking sketch show. I mean EXACTLY the same and it might have even been the same song. Maybe they got busted ripping them off and have decided to bury it. 🤷‍♂️

I’m not arguing with anyone, but I know Officer Wright was not calm and cool because everyone who was involved in the altercation was gaining control of the male subject. Officer Wright was wide awake during the altercation. The female subject was being yelled at by the officer. Everything was necessary except for the way the officer began to restrain him by pushing him and the yelling, therefore Officer Wright was not calm and cool and mostly adrenalized. Dan’s opinion is completely false.

She was extremely calm considering the circumstances. You can’t just walk away from an officer who’s trying to detain you in order to pursue and ongoing investigation. He was trying to do whatever he wants and didn’t want to cooperate so she acted accordingly. Everything was done by the book.

I'm "pro-cop" all the way I promise you, but there's a fine line between guts and stupidity. A lot of cops have had their flesh rearranged by dogs. She lucked out this time. Trouble is. I think she'd take those chances again and again til her luck runs out.

Adam I just saw this episode and 100% agree. I’m pro-cop as well but she escalated the situation and then placed herself in harms way repeatedly during this call. My husbands dog would’ve had her and he’s not aggressive. Hopefully her luck doesn’t run out ...

Taylor Shaw He was obstructing an officers investigation to a domestic call that she was called to. Obstruction may consist of any attempt to hinder the discovery, apprehension, conviction or punishment of anyone who has committed a crime. Which he did. So he DID do something wrong. Hope this helps.

Just to inform y'all who are obviously misinformed, due to Officer Wright being called there for a domestic disturbance, she had a legal right to be at the residence. The law in many states say that the Officer has a legal obligation to take action due to it being a domestic call. That being said, the male suspect attempted to deny her access to the property in order for her to fulfill her legal obligations. She had complete right to do what she did, hence why no legal action has been taken against her. Good job Officer Wright.

I thought so too but they explained that since they were called to the residence, she had to be there. DJ SLANK〽an DJ SLANK〽an you know, she had every right to restrain him. He was resisting verbal commands from an officer who was trying to figure out what was going on. Granted, I understand him being distraught/upset or however you wish to word it, being caught up in the heat of the moment. But, according to the force continuum, she abided protocol in that situation properly. Not to mention, the woman whom decided to approach her and put her hands on Officer Wright, whilst Officer Wright was the only officer on scene at the time. Hat's off to Officer Wright for handling that situation in the awesome way she did, because, it could've been worse.

Thank you for communicating the related issues associated with the deck collapse. However, as a deck restoration professional I wanted to point out a contributing factor that would probably rank as #3. The deck was not protected with a "penetrating stain", instead it had a coating or paint on it, as evident by the fact that you could not see the wood grain. Most of the nails spoken of were used to secure a "deck hanger" which actually exceeds code in most cities. However, the need for bolts and double boards on the outside edge is paramount. However, the use of a paint or coating instead of a stain was tragic. Regrettably some stores sell what the manufacturer labels as a stain, when in reality, it is a paint / coating. Some go as far as to call it a "solid stain", which technically is impossible -- a stain (something becomes a part of the fabric or wood) cannot be a solid. Unless the stain has penetrated into the wood, the integrity of the wood is not protected. A paint or coating traps moisture in the wood promoting rot, decay and the loosening of the hardware. Hey, I will just copy a post I made on another site. Let's use some simple maths here. If a person in America weighs about 80kg (google it) and you multiply it by 24 (12x2(a dozen times two)) you get almost 2 tons(80*24=1920), add the fact that they are standing way out on the deck and all off the weight is concentrated on only one pole. Im not surprised that it fell. Everything breaks if you put too much weight on it. I don't think that anyone would think that you could park a humvee up there on its front with out the deck breaking. (The weight of the humvee is about 2400kg, so it's a bit more, but some of those people looked like they weighed more than 80kg.) Stop trying to cash in on your own stupidity. I guess you would drink bleach if it did not say it on the bottle not to. Stop living like a freaking baby and grow the fuck up.´PS, god is not real you fucking tool.

TheVirtual3D Wow. This is too easy...I almost feel bad for putting you in your place...almost! 1) In your first paragraph you said you don't give a fuck about what I'm talking about. That is interesting how you don't give a fuck what im talking about...but yet you obviously keep giving a fuck on what im talking about by trying to respond to me. Normal people in society usually ignore someone if they "don't give a fuck on what they are talking about". Furthermore, I am not a lazy American. I have a college degree and I run a construction business. Also, I am quite able to establish my bearings in an internet conversation. The problem we essentially have here is that you consistently fail to comprehend what I am explaining to you. I have repeatedly stated my point, and furthermore implored you to try and prove me wrong. You obviously can't. See...the only thing you care to discuss is bearings on internet conversations. Internet conversations shouldn't be the focus here...FACTS are. I have provided facts to you...and you not only ignore them, but you disavow them and try to dodge the issue by claiming I am talking gibberish. Why do you ignore them??? I don't know, maybe you are butthurt about something? maybe you do not understand American technology? Maybe you don't understand what American building codes are? Im not sure what it is, but I think you having any amount of success in understanding the information is virtually a lost cause. 2) You said " I'm guessing the community colleges english comprehension classes were to much?" Answer: I didn't attend a community college, but rather a much larger one. However, n any case, the answer is a resounding 'no'- the classes weren't too much. I received my degree and in case you were wondering, I passed my English classes just fine. I am however curious what level of education you really passed since you still haven't even come close to comprehending my initial response to you. 3) You said: "Go get drunk, cash your food stamps in for some cigrits, and go blow some smoke up your ass damn yankee faggot. If only you had the capacity to sit down and write such a well constructed rant (ahahaha) on your original posting I wouldnt of had to show up and give you your daily english lessons." First of all, lets give YOU just a couple of English lessons: - its CIGARETTES...not "cigrits" - the more correct sentencing would be "and go blow some smoke up your ass 'you' damn yankee faggot." - I corrected your English on your last sentence which criticized my English: "If you only had the capacity to sit down and write such a well constructed rant (ahahaha) on your original posting, I wouldn't have had to show up and give you your daily English lessons." I counted at least 6 mistakes (and I didn't even correct the FULL amount) in that sentence which criticized my English skills. Im starting to realize at this point that I may be talking to a 13 year old from some third world country. I once again implore you to counter my initial argument concerning the deck, since you have obviously failed thus far. I will also once again state that I am not going to do your research for you. Since you pinned accusations on me, the burden is on you to prove me wrong. Lastly, please note that my offer is still open for a wager as explained in my previous post; the only hurdle I can foresee is determining the mutually agreed method to escrow funds so the winner is ultimately paid fairly and accordingly. Thank you and good night
@imbok
@imbok 10 жыл бұрын
It looks like a connection failure between the columns and the primary beams of the deck. The load in the area of the deck with all those people would have been around 100 pounds per square foot, so this would be the extreme design condition, but should have been accounted for. This should be a lesson for the structural engineers out there to pay attention to the connections and understand better how such decks may be loaded.
