Sigh I love ALL their wigs but I got scammed. The worse customer service I’ve ever experienced. I was sent the wrong wig in the wrong length and they tried to make ME pay for shipping to return to China PLUS deduct an additional $20! I had to file a complaint through PayPal. Finally got a full refund nearly a month later
