Si es verdad que se recuerda con mucha nostalgia su gran fuerza y técnica tan especial que fue el motor de la banda por tantos años. Él fue y será siempre el gran maestro creador de los mejores momentos progresivos en batería de la banda.

Обожаю их музыку с 1983 года, когда достал запись " In Transit" 1982. Ещё были катушечные магнитофоны, а CD были в диковинку.

Ohhh...!!! "In Transit" aun lo escucho en Vinilo, es uno de sus mejores en Vivo, una fuerza increíble, es uno de los más grandes tesoros musicales que tengo. Qué bueno que te gustó el concierto.

Gracias por tu comentario, la verdad tengo más registros de Saga , increíblemente lo que me comentas es cierto, uno de sus primeras salidas fuertes fuera de Canadá es de los años 80 , después del lanzamiento de su primer álbum y efectivamente en Alemania, si te interesa te lo puedo alcanzar.

What an incredibly established band 💪 ~ such a unique and recognisable sound ~ so many ‘should have been’ hits ~ and such phenomenally good arrangements and compositional genius that transcends time!! Bravo SAGA and thank you for the music 🙏❣️ Thanks for sharing 👍

En algunos casos si, se comporta como el gran Freddie, pero Michael Sadler es un gran maestro en muchas de sus puestas escénicas con mucha facilidad para interactuar con el público y para que decir: musicalmente un genio con una voz alucinante y poderosa. Además tiene muchos años de circo. Gracias por comentar.

Pensar que fue hace ya 30 años...ahí estuve fue realmente catártico para los que somos fanáticos de GENESIS.....fue un desmadre pero para bien...hace unos meses atras los vimos con el maestro Hackett en el Coliseo...fue maravilloso...gracias al héroe que realizo esto...UNA MARAVILLA....tenia la grabación en audio que paso la Futuro.

Gracias @arqjulio, es verdad, han pasado 30 años, el tiempo pasa ligero pero el legado de Genesis sigue perpetuándose: ayer estuve viendo una actuación del 26 de octubre de 2023 de Steve Hackett y su grupo y me sorprendió ver la respuesta del público joven (Genesis está lejos de morir). Esta tarea fue toda una odisea entre conseguir las cintas y producirlas en más de una semana con las herramientas de la epoca, pero valió la pena, trataré de corregirle el audio, pero aun así es un buen documento histórico. Gracias por comentar.

I have a promotional photo of the group SAGA signed by all the members of the group which dates from 1980-during a show at the SPECTRUM in Montreal. I was even invited to the private party after the show. I will always remember that evening, that night. These extraordinary musicians did not have the notoriety of their talent and their music. When I was only 20 years old (1980 = 62 years old for me in 2023) I must testify that these people were humble and true) By the way, I still have all their albums. An underestimated group in the vast universe of music. For those who want to discover another page of pure creation, SAGA is a MUST. To conclude, the voice of Michael Sadler is a balm for the ears. Un recuerdo extraordinario para mi, escuchando esta interpretación, en un centro de refugiados de Cruz Roja en Madrid, España, en una noche, un documentario en un canal TV. Después de años de frustrciónes en el régimen politico dictatorial en Rumania, ha sido un momento indescriptible de sentirme en libertad personal! Después de más de 30 años, ahora en Colorado, los Estados Unidos (discutible... Unidos...) tengo la misma emoción escuchando esta genial interpretación de Claudio Arrau, con su profundidad artistica y intelectualidad tan caracteristicas! ¡Muchissimas gracias por ofrecernos esta joya musical!

Why, they don't induct Rock Bands into the HoF anymore. Dont waste the time and effort. If they wanted that they'd have written 3 minute catchy pop songs. Long Live Prog! Real music by real musicians!

Saga is a very underrated band, they have a very unique sound. I bought one of their albums back in about 1980 and still pull it out and listen to it. I really did not know they had something like over 16+ albums and have come across some of their concerts on KZbin and I have to say I am just blown away on how talented they are! I ordered a 3 cd collection that should be December 3 21 looking forward to getting it.

Uploaded 2014! How is it possible I've come across this only 7 years later?? 😳 Anyway, this is amazing! Great sound, and even still in the 'classic line-up' with Steve Negus on the drums! 😀 PS: I wonder who their keyboard sponsor may be!? 😉

I've seen a SAGA-clip with a baldy man singing. Voice of him sounds quite like this guy. Or can't i trust my ears anymore?

Michael Sadler is Saga's lead singer. Has been from the very beginning. He only took a few years off but has been the main singer for 43-44+ yrs! He has had many phases... LONG hair, short hair, very close to head hair, bald with mustache, bald with no mustache and now he is bald with goatee! :-) His voice/singing is the best PROG has to offer, simple as that!

Muchas gracias por colgar este concierto, en esta época ya eran veteranos y seguían haciendo grandes conciertos y estaban en medio de una ristra de discos que recordaban a su época mas brillante de los 70's-80's, pero mas cañeros de sonido.
