I tried hearsteel camille recently a lot and been running with divine heartsteel hydra steraks / twinguard Just a quick question why pen boots on her? Does it have such a high impact? Always played devensive boots

Hmm, it does, i think pen boots make the enemy take more dmg, as u can see how much dmg on xayah. And i think if i got more stack on heartsteel, i can delete that xayah with 2 or 3 hit maybe 😂. Actually it's optional, devensive boots is good, like plated steelcaps boots that give more HP to maximize heartsteel dmg and give more armor. 😁 I make that build just focusing on dmg and give lot of HP to max heartsteel, i forgot about armor 😅

@@cantf1ndusernm pvp is just for trying new champ or new build + most of players are like bots In the matchup you will find challenger lineup with gold or silver sometimes unrank No balance .
