very nice house, but for the same or lower price you can buy similar houses in prime areas like Royal Siam View or Paradise Villa.

It's a cracking house, but why do Thai developers always ignore having a garden, with an actual lawn (not a sheet of plastic grass that pollutes the environment).

German people would say : No Go Area , or still better : In midle of the African Sahara ! 555 ! These Condos can buy chinese or people from russia , and rent it then to other people ! May be , one Condo more to kill the earlier nice beach area around Pattaya ! My family knows Thailand since 1905 ! Myself , Thailand since 1985 , and I see the time coming , where Thailand sold his own face with such Condo-Buildings !!!

Good observation! The bushes are only there for the showhouse to make it look nice for visitors. In the actual house, there will be a proper driveway connected directly to the road for convenient parking.

Nice spacious home with decent pool. Nice separation btw. Thai & Euro kitchen as well. Only would like to see some entrance area - not like immediately stepping into the leaving room from outside.

I do get annoyed when agents say its a few minutes walk to the beach... in reality this is 19 mins or 1.3km from the beach ... thats ok in 28 degs but imagine walking that in the heat of summer at 35 degs ... please please @pearl house be mire accurate with your descriptions

However, houses in East Pattaya typically offer much better privacy, with larger plots and more space between properties. Great house and presentation, excuse me for my ignorance, but I have 2 questions, 1 how is a foreign buyer protected by law when purchasing a villa like that since foreigners can not own land? And 2 what are those sprays in the front garden for for the plants or? Great video!

The house what was showed in this video is the 140 type. The house next door is the type 125. That one is not bigger but some smaller. But overall the houses are beautiful.
