May be , one Condo more to kill the earlier nice beach area around Pattaya ! My family knows Thailand since 1905 ! Good observation! The bushes are only there for the showhouse to make it look nice for visitors. In the actual house, there will be a proper driveway connected directly to the road for convenient parking.
