@@sb-us9fkhaving stayed for the purpose of purchasing a flat around Kukatpally -Hitech area, I can blindly say that none of the gated communities are quoting less than 8000 per sq feet. Area is highly in demand. U may try a stand-alone.

With 2.4 crore, we can easily buy a bigger house in MyHome Avatar, which is miles better. That flat will cost around 1.8 crore after negotiation with the Indis One City sales team. Considering interiors, at most it should be 2.1 crore. This will stay unsold for the rest of its life.

@@SSB-Properties so 13000 per sft ? Do you really think it’s worth. Anyway all the best for resale considering current market. I would rather buy in kokapet between 8000 to 9000 as it is near to neopolis . This is not worth at all.
