Get rid of the egg whites, and have whole eggs instead bro. Eggs white is for roided up people. Getting rid of the yolk is practically asking to not reap the high natty test benefits bro😅 and switch white rice which is a complex carb for something like brown rice or quinoa that has anabolic affects.

There's no such thing as a "lean bulk" there a CUT diet or a BULK diet. You just seem to be eating what you want thru periodization. On a side note take advantage of your youth and get as big as you can w/o drugs while maintaining your shape.

depends on the goals, chicken is always one of the best proteins, beef is perfectly fine especially when your trying to bulk, anything above 80/20 is good, and you weigh it cooked bc it’ll loose its weight after cooked

No such thing as lean bulk or dirty bulk. A bulk, adding calories to gain weight..is a bulk. 1kcal or 1000kcal. Its a bulk.
