lovely, really like your place. Came to your video via your Facebook post. Does this home have a kitchen? I didn't see it in the vid ... we didn't see the bathroom either however you did describe it. I know it's off grid, looks like delivered water and propane...correct? oh and the furniture, are you taking or leaving? I'd assume you'll take some and leave some. Thanks Mr Minnie

Nice kitchen & bathroom. We buy drinking water & wash water etc. is delivered. We have a simple 12 volt light system and 3 Honda generators for AC power. We're boaters and keep everything simple. Neighbors have solar. huge banks of batteries, water makers, satellite internet etc. etc. For year round living, you would want to make some changes. It's our hide-a-way, we usually make 3 or 4 two week trips a year. Once in awhile we we'll stay for a month. Summers are really HOT, we have no air conditioning. We don't go down July-Aug or Sept. Winter nights can be quite cold. Contact me at. [email protected],

6-15-22. Crossed SENTRI this morning at 8:15 AM. It took 15 minutes. PLEASE NOTE THAT THE BLUE FENCE IS NOW GRAY THAT WILL BE ON YOUR RIGHT SIDE AFTER YOU ROUND THE THIRD ROUND ABOUT. All other intormation is accruate , however. the giant high rise condos now number FOUR INSTEAD OF THREE. Our aging 4x4 Surburban was quite DIRTY after a month in Bahia de Los Angeles. We were quite surprised when they sent us to SECOND INSPECTION? Seems they thought it a bit unusual for two senior citizens to be FOUR WHEELING about Baja in the family car three of four times a year. In the future we will hit a CAR WASH BEFORE WE HIT SENTRI... Ernie

Sure hope you're enjoying one of the most amazing places on the planet! I firs went there in 1985 and fell in love with it. My wife and I will be heading that way in October of this year to fish and enjoy it's splendor would love to buy you a beer and pick your brain about buying land there and of course trade a fishing story or two! Crossed yesterday 5/1/2022 in 20 minutes at 1pm. It was a very busy weekend and the sentri lane was backed up farther than usual. On the last turn by the now grey fence we had to go straight, make a right, go straight for about 1/2 mile then right again and follow the signs to get all the way to the back of the sentri line. Video is very helpful! Thank you!

4-10-22. Went through Sentri this morning. Note: Two more monster high rise condos are now with the other two. So look for the four big condos. The entrance to Sentri is on the California side of the the four high rise buildings. Took me 15 minutes to get through Sentri. Ernie

Nice short video. It will grab attention. Quick comment.....you say you are headed to the "berthing area". I expect that would be "birthing"? This is the lagoon where 2000 whales come every year to birth their calves and get them strong enough to go back up to the Bering Sea.
