Could it be that over training, over working, stress, grief, trauma, surgery, etc can cause this? 3 years ago, I had chronic stress which caused adrenal fatigue which led to autoimmune like symptoms. I did research and chose an anti-inflammatory diet and supplemented focusing on getting rid of Inflammation, healing my gut, healing my nervous system, mitochondrial repair and building my nutrients back up. It took 2 months to get rid of my symptoms.

I began having diagnosed CFS after having a csection for my first child at age 29. I have migraines and have to use imitrex for them. I do strength training 2x a week w a trainer (to keep from hurting self). I work 3 days a week as a flight attd and am major fatigued from flying but have come up w the above to mitigate my fatigue. I also use 300mg benfothiamine per day (B1).

The distinction between classical mindfulness and non-dual mindfulness is overstated as the Satipatthana Sutta clearly indicates we merely watch the coming and going of thoughts, feelings etc. This leads to non-dual awareness because appearing phenomena are recognised as inseparable from sheer awareness.

You better be very careful taking Fish oil/Omega 3's. Patients who took a gram or more per day of omega-3 fatty acids had a 49% increased risk of developing atrial fibrillation, compared to just 12% of patients who took one gram or less of the supplement per day. Data was reviewed from 81,210 patients enrolled in seven clinical trials, including one conducted at Cedars-Sinai. Also, Smidt Heart Institute researchers have found that taking high doses of fish oil supplements-specifically one gram or more per day-may increase the risk of developing atrial fibrillation

I had covid for the third time in dec 2022… I was 39 years old, his story is VERY similar to mine. I was heathy one day than a zombie the next. I became a different person overnight. Heart palpitations High blood pressure Tingling sensations on hands and feet Internal Vibrations Tremors Muscle spasms Tinnitus Brain fog Lightheadedness Trouble sleeping Throbbing eyeballs Fatigue When I saw my doctor I mentioned that by looking up my symptoms I was quite sure I had long covid autonomic dysfunction. My doctor did not listen to my complaints, she assumed it was anxiety, prescribed SSRI and BP medication. After seeing no improvement I seeked treatment at Brigham long covid center. I was prescribed propanolol… my symptoms have improved but have not completely disappeared. I’m going to try the vagus nerve stimulation and acupuncture.

@Dan-dg9pi9 ай бұрын
@@a.j.rainey3024 "what would I have to lose" does not sound like a good reason to start taking horse dewormer, but you do you, buddy. The doctors in this video sound like they evaluate the symptoms of the individual patient and treat accordingly. That is how medicine should be done.
@a.j.rainey30249 ай бұрын
IVM is used and prescribed “for humans” in dozens of third world countries. (Africa, Asia, India) These countries did not have the high Covid death count as the West. In 2015 IVM won Nobel Peace Prize for off-label uses. The Australian doctor used it at his practice with amazing results. Once again, if I was dealing with vaccine injuries, why not? What do I have to lose, zero risk with very high upside?
@TerryTangredi-c4x9 ай бұрын
This is total bs. Ivermectin is an award winning medication used all over the world. It has helped many people with long covid and terrible side effects from the vaccines - which btw are still under emergency use - where is the emergency?

What most don't understand is that imaging procedures such as CT scans, mammograms, PET scans, etc. have very high amounts of radiation that is downplayed but eventually causes cancer. The radiation induces cancer by disrupting the molecules and electrons in your cells. The radiation is strong enough to cause double strand damage and thus a gene mutation which eventually leads to cancer 6-7 years after exposure. Then when an allopathic medicine doctors sees you have cancer from an ultrasound or CT scan, they will tell you they need to do a biopsy. Yet, if they puncture the extracellular matrix where the cancer is encaged in, this will actually help the cancer. There are various scholarly articles that show this is the case. Cancer can migrate to areas of inflammation including a biopsy when the cancer can track across the needle. Now here's my favorite part, after they help your cancer spread, a doctor will tell you your choices are either chemo or radiation. Both Chemo and radiation do not distinguish between healthy and cancer cells. It kills all cells. So you're essentially killing all of your cells hoping that you survive and it kills the cancer. This oftentimes causes rebound cancers from the other healthy cells that have been affected if you even survive the treatment and are left with permanent side effects. When they actually give you chemo and radiation, they hope that one of your repair genes, such as BRCA1, BRCA2 and/or PARP activate and repair the damage to the rest of your immune system, yet there are millions of cells in your body and it's unavoidable to have some misrepaired cells, thus causing rebound cancers later on and making you a return customer in the system.

As a Vet with cptsd, i only have honey bees to drive my life, nothing else. nothing. Age has caught up with me and i have declined in strength and stamina, especially due to being home bound with the ptsd complications, i have become soft and badly in need of physical training, I tried myself but I always over do it and set my self way back. the VA whole health program was offered, I accepted and over the course of a whole year I would proudly like to report that I was scammed by the VA again... AGAIN!!!!! GD.... they VA wasted a whole year of my life, not one moment of time with a coach, just a few video appointments asking me... "how I feel about that" I've lost this bee season... The are lying to you Vets, there is no help... I am Living proof. without the act of congress which had my name on it, i would not be where i am today. Real Help came from outside the VA. I paid my dues, I did my part with honor, so... anyone who works for the VA, I hope your honey is adulterated, not local or fresh and from ugly bad smelling flowers, you will never see a drop of mine. GFYS while I doing exactly the same, its the only 1 of 2 option i have.

I do not agree with what was stated around the 38min mark, regarding changes in brain regions that can happen as a result of mindfulness. This is because in these contexts, researchers are observing certain neural changes that have been *previously linked* to observations such as reductions in stress. For example, a reduction in the size of the amygdala is well known to be associated with reduced stress (based on several studies of induced stress) and mindfulness practices are also known to bring about reductions in the size of the amygdala, clearly indicating that these practices are reducing stress. Similarly, mindfulness brings about greater connectivity of brain networks and here again, this change is tied to better mental health (e.g. better emotional regulation) in individuals.
@76TerrellАй бұрын
The key point he's making there is that neurological reduction alone is insufficient for contextualizing mindfulness. Yes you are right about the role of the amygdala in intense emotional processing, but we should also consider sympathetic nervous system activation throughout the body, behavioral changes regarding avoidance of stressors, social relationality and so on.

It’s a great start to moving away from the current paradigm of mind body dualism. However, it isn’t quite there yet. It sounds to still keep the split and look at body as a form of mind. When looking at body movement in this way it sounds to be talking about mobility which has more to do with various cognitive functions as opposed to motility which is from a “lower” center in the brain or possibly not in the brain but just in the tissue itself. But this is a good step forward, especially for Harvard who is heavily pushing neurocentricity. I’d be happy to talk more with you and help you “feel” or perceive a true bottom-up process and not the top-down view of a bottom-up process (which is what I am hearing here.). Keep up the good work! Moving closer to the non-duality of living which DesCartes and Plato missed but where the body/mind resides.
