the screech are from serum, they're from differents free packs and I used some gross beat on them, along with equalizers :)

What program is this and what do you recommand to use?

I use FL studio, and I recommand of course FL studio after I tried a good number of music production softwares. About the plugins I use, if you want to start music production, you can try to make some tracks with samples first, and once you get confortable, try to design your own sounds ! ( for that I use mainly kick 2, Serum, and some free effects vst such as D stortion.)

You simply use "Gross Beat" if you're on FL studio, and you'll find it in the second part of the plug in, the orange part, in the first presets. You can make it stutter at different speeds 👌
