ok, but I feel like now knowing the context, it's still wrong, but from what I know actors apparently are comfortable with improvising (which can i include kissing), because when they're at the scene, the body belongs to character. I'm not defending mindy, but I think that's probably why he didn't say or do anything about it. he was probably just in character and shoke it off after the cut. (I hope so)

Well, double standards do exist. I took criminal justice about 20 years ago and I had this female teacher that just hated men.... cause she admitted it, lol, and would regularly go on an on about the double standard being acceptable. It's how the world is. Just approach everything like you would driving, be careful and mindful with your driving....and everyone else's.
