Yes, throughout the lunar day, which is 28 earth days. The temperature doesn't just instantly shift from low to high, it has to gradually raise, so there will be days on end where it's close to earth temps....

The moon is a vacuum, with nothing to transfer heat into, the astronaut's own body heat would build up inside the suit and cook them if they didn't have specially cooled suits. Same reason thermos containers use a vacuum to prevent the contents from losing or gaining heat. The moons temperature was actually measured during Apollo 11, and over the course of the mission it changed from −23°C to 7°C, or -9°F to 44°F. But it's interesting that you believe a quote from Neil when he's talking about his experience ON the moon...

1. Shadows are long because the sun’s altitude angle is low. 2. Flag waves because the astronauts are adjusting it.

Real. The flag has a horizontal rod along the top hem to keep it stretched out. It waves back and forth be causes the astronauts are manipulating it. But because there’s no air it takes longer to settle down. The TV camera is positioned either on a tripod or on the Lunar rover. Its movement is being remotely controlled from Houston in real time minus a 1.2 seconds delay.

Imagine now, we have advance technology so far, but until now no one comeback to the moon because its fake.. they made that film in cannon air force base in Mexico
