@keithmason3461 the channel island bridge is a good one go at medium low tide when the water underneath is about 2/3m deep heaps is Dimond scale mullet threadfin queenies trevally Barra and if you lean right over there is a few Tuskfish on the pylons

All in the pilbra but Most around Karratha. Get used to relaxing around sharks as they are everywhere up here and the last couple of years they are getting very bold and will take a lot of fish if you don’t get the fish in close fast

There is a few spots to lock in. The banks are always changing. u just need to go there a few times to find out where the deeper holes are at I have always had better luck on the eastern river tends to hold more bait

I bought my bow second hand off of gumtree it’s just a cheapie. 40lb with a good line reel set up. Go to the bridge before channel island on the last bit of an out going tide / low tide mid way between neaps and spring tide and look around posts for the tusk fish U never know what ur going to see Anything can come past

The guns I use are an enclosed track Omar cayman roller gun and I run a fourteen mill kicker band on my 850 and a sixteen mill kicker on my 1100 great guns for the price and u can really over power them without getting shaft whip being enclosed track 👌

Definitely go with a roller u won’t go back I went for the Omer because of the extra kicker band to fully load up I can still punch through a fish at six meters with my 850 But I have heard good things about the pathos too

Cheers mate. The gun I use are a Omar cayman enclosed track roller and I run a kicker band over the top great guns for the price and u can really power them up with out shaft whip being enclosed track We get a lot of sharks up here they normally leave u alone but they can be a real pushy some days

dstick1 That grouper was just under three meters and about 350kg Absolute monster ! All cod in Western Australia are protected once they reach one meter long Which is good because they arnt very good eating when they get big !
